Disaster Recovery

The directors of Arcadia have a duty to consider the factors which affect the continuity and well-being of the business both internally and externally. There are systems and processes in place to reduce the likelihood and minimise the effect of a major occurrence of this type. In addition to safeguarding the Company, we are also aware of the need to assure customers of our ability to guarantee continuity of supply in adverse conditions.

Bribery

The Directors will ensure that the Company operates in a legal manner and behaves fairly to everybody affected in carrying out its business. Bribery will not be tolerated and the giving and receiving of gifts or incentives will be strictly controlled.
