Supply Chain & Logistics Manager

Working with internal teams, the selected candidate would be responsible for the quoting, production & logistics of made to order manufactured products and globallogistics.

The role the selected candidate would be responsible for every step in the process from the sourcing of a factory and product to delivery of each order.

Daily duties include

  • Collaborate with manufacturers in Europe and Asia

  • Sourcing products and Manufacturers

  • Negotiate buying schedules and prices

  • End to end management process from conception to delivery

  • Liaison with internal team & the client

  • Critical path management

  • Arranging product and factory QC inspections

  • Ensuring product compliance

  • Import / Export & global Logistics.

  • Troubleshooting, problem solving.

The role responsibilities will be subject to change as required to complete the tasks required


What we look for:

Minimum of 5 years of experience in a supply chain management role, ideally in a promotional or retail environment

Experience of buying from manufacturers in Asia

Experience of Critical Path & Project Software (ei- Wrike/Trello)

Experience of retail purchasing, and compliance would be a benefit

Excellent attention to detail.

Project management experience

Must be able to multi-task under pressure.

The ability to develop and maintain client, colleague and supplier relationships.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Will have a positive and enthusiastic approach to work.

Due to this demanding role, must have a high capacity for working hard.
