Production Administrator 

Location: High Wycombe

Working within an experienced team, the selected candidate would be required to place and progress orders with our supply chain.
The selected candidate would be responsible for every step of our job ordering process from order to delivery of goods and invoice 
General duties include raising purchase orders, inputting information onto our system and liaising with our internal teams and suppliers. Great admin skills are required.
Daily duties 
         Creating a job bag with the associated documents
         Liaison with internal teams & supply chain 
         Raising Purchase Orders
·        Progressing and taking responsibility of jobs in production
         Arranging delivery details and associated paperwork.
·        Checking Product visuals for sign off
         Problem solving
·        Preparing invoice instructions
         Sending Order Surveys
.The role responsibilities will be subject to change as required to complete the tasks required
What we look for...
Minimum of 2 years of administration experience
An appetite to learn and progress further.
A good team player, with personality, empathy and exceptional organisational skills.
Excellent attention to detail.
The ability to develop and maintain supplier and colleague relationships.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Will have a positive and enthusiastic approach to work.
Must be able to multi-task under pressure.
Due to this demanding role, must have a high capacity for working hard.
