Arcadia has for the past decade been designing, hosting and managing web based ordering systems for clients based in the UK and throughout EMEA. This can now be handled globally in partnership with Club Colors based in the U.S.A.
These sites host a core of promotional items that are either kept in stock after being produced or are made upon receipt of orders within agreed lead times.

PromoB2B - The Merchandise Management System from Arcadia  PromoB2B is an online Merchandise Management System that has been developed after many years of working closely with some of the largest Blue Chip companies in Europe. The system handles non-stocked items outside of stocked core ranges as hosted by the above sites.
PromoB2B regulates all aspects of purchasing branded products and delivers:
- Easy to use ordering facilities
- Complete brand control on all of the products on the site
- Cost savings on every product
- Pre-negotiated discount levels
- Further reduction of costs through the Group Buying functionality
Users will be provided with their log in details to access the PromoB2B section of the Arcadia web site. When logged in, the system recognises which company the user works for and loads the relevant company logo and the selected range of products into the Company Catalogue. The page above is the user’s home page for PromoB2B+ and illustrates the main USPs for the system.
- Company Catalogue Favourites – each user can create their personal catalogue of favourites and regularly ordered items to help save time and ensure easy ordering.
- Company Catalogue – each company can chose from thousands of items on Arcadia’s database to create their own company catalogue. These items are produced to each individual order. This catalogue function allows purchasing and marketing teams to select the items that are illustrated on the site to make sure that they fit within their brand guidelines and are of acceptable quality.
- Online Stock – this is where the stocked core range items would be reached.
- View Saved Baskets - A user can store baskets for retrieval at a later date.
- Group Buying – when a user is ordering an item, he/she can invite other company users to “piggyback” the order to reach the next price point and help save costs.
- Artwork Folder – Each company has their corporate and brand logos uploaded here. Logos are available for download in various formats such as ai, eps and jpeg. Corporate brand guidelines are available here for download also.
- View Completed Jobs – this section allows previous orders to be viewed quickly and easily so that various users and/or office locations can what has been previously produced elsewhere in the company.
Product Configuration
Users can configure products, selecting from the product options available and can choose a logo from their company's artwork folder. There are brief descriptions next to the different versions of the logos to aid them in their selection. This system ensures correct logo usage and product pricing. If the product requires a non-core logo, then the item can be compiled with the custom logo tool which calculates the product price just based on the number of colours in a logo.
All of the items viewed in the logged in section are based on pre-negotiated rates to ensure that the best prices are achieved for each enquiry swiftly and easily.
Integration with Spend Management Systems
PromoB2B has been speifically designed to interface with the leading Spend Management Systems in the marketplace. These systems are used by Arcadia's clients to ensure that approved suppliers are used, maintain brand continuity, reduce product costs and reduce time and cost implications for internal requisitions and purchase orders.
