At Arcadia we have been sourcing globally for over 10 years and have gained a wealth of experience in that time. We have dealt with factories and suppliers in India, Pakistan, Bangladesh as well as throughout China and the Far East. In most cases we deal directly with the factory itself and we also have agents located in China who can act on our behalf when required.
The main advantages of sourcing in Asia are firstly, the ability to have custom products made to order and secondly, lower manufacturing costs. However there are disadvantages, the lead times can be longer and meeting regulations such as WEEE and RoHS can be a problem. Using our extensive knowledge we guide our clients to the most appropriate source for their promotional merchandise based on their requirements. We will handle all the regulations on their behalf and additionally safeguard their reputation by ensuring Ethical Sourcing.
