Spend Management Systems
A number of Spend Management Systems are used by Arcdia's clients to regulate the use of approved suppliers, maintain brand continuity, reduce product costs and reduce time and cost implications for internal requisition and purchase orders. These systems include: - ARIBA
- Oracle
- PeopleSoft
- Perfect Commerce

 TIVA Accreditation
Arcadia has been audited by an independent Accreditation company called TIVA to enable clients to view Arcadia's capabilities and services quickly and easily. This was recently completed for Carnival UK - the parent company for the world's leading Cruiseline operators including: P&O Cruises, Cunard, Ocean Village, and Princess Cruises. 
Arcadia has been given a score which helps users choose which supplier to use on projects.
Trade Associations
Arcadia is a member of PROMOTA - Promotional Merchandise Trade Association.
